At Swim Academy we have a unique programme for our Aquatots and Pre-School swimmers. Our Aquatots 2 and 3, and all Pre-School swimmers receive a Theme Book at the start of their lessons. Each week the children will get a picture and word relating to the week's theme for them to colour in and glue into their book. 

Each term has an overall theme such as animals, vehicles, professions, nursery rhymes. Then each week will be a different theme within that such as cat, dog, rocket, digger etc. Each class has special activities that work around the theme and encourage learning. 
Our theme books help further our swimmer's general skills in language, counting, colours, patterns, reading, writing and more! 

We have found these theme books help keep our lessons fresh and exciting, while also providing new learning for our swimmers. They also help keep swimmers engaged and excited to come to lessons to see what the theme will be each week.
